220Grad makes coffee perceptible and tangible in its entriety. The new focus is on active and barrier-free conversations between customers and baristas. To make this possible, a 12m long, sculptural concrete bar in the middle of the room forms the exhibition and communication area. In this way, customers and baristas are brought to eye level and the special architecture of the room and the museum is underlined.
